What I DON'T Offer

❌ The lowest prices.

❌ The fastest turnaround times.

What I DO Offer

✅ Personal care and attention to your project.

✅ The missing piece that makes listeners feel your song instead of just hearing it.

What are your prices?

It varies depending on the scope of the project. At the moment, this can range anywhere between $200 and $1000. If you’d like more information, get in touch and we can discuss your project.

Do you offer discounts for multiple songs?

Yes! This is on a case by case basis, and we can discuss this once I know the scope of the work involved.

What's your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is anywhere between 1-8 weeks from date of deposit, depending on my current workload and the scope of your project. Most common is about 2-3 weeks.

What Instruments do you play?

My primary instrument is the cello, and my work tends to be very cello-centric. It is a far more versatile instrument in string arrangements than most people give it credit for, and has a massive range. While I also use some violin and viola in my work for filling out texture and top end when the arrangement calls for it, I would not call myself a violinist by any means. If what you're looking for is specifically a violin part, I'm not your guy. (Also, I do play the usual bit of keyboard, guitar, bass, etc. but I don't think that's what you were wondering about...)

What if I’m not happy with what you send?

I’m committed to this string arrangement making you excited to put this song out into the world. Whether it’s sending over notes about additions or changes you’re hearing, or hopping on a call to talk it through, I’ll take your ideas and record revisions that get the strings to match what’s in your head. If for some reason we’re not able to match your vision, I offer a full refund to first time clients.

I’ve never worked with a string player before, what can I expect?

Don’t worry, I don’t bite! As a producer, songwriter, and artist myself, I understand the fear of bringing someone in to your project. Especially when it’s an aspect of music that you’re not familiar with. You can expect genuine conversations in plain English (I don’t use words like Legato or Staccato unless you want to!), no judgement, and a simple workflow that makes your job easy.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just a song, and a conversation! We’ll discuss how we want to process to go, and we’ll iron out the process from there.

Will I receive mixed strings, or or will I have to mix them myself?

Either! I include a string mix (wet and dry), stems, and can include full multi tracks on request.

I have parts written, can you record them?

Possibly! Oftentimes I find that when there are parts already written, there are session musicians better suited to the job than myself. My unique background and skillset means that I improvise and write better than I read, but I’m always open to talking about your project to see if I’m the right fit.

Can you produce my song?

Again, possibly! I produce for a limited number of people, and I’m particular about the music that I work on. If you’re interested in having me produce for you, get in touch and we can talk about whether we’re the right fit.
